I have been inspired by women and the opportunities have come about through other women. And it’s interesting because I haven’t been given many chances through men. I think it is better now, and we are finally waking up to having more representation across all areas and the people in power are actively trying to put women or people of colour and variety of body types in those positions. I also definitely see a shift in how women like to train
It was quite a stressful time, however I learnt so much about myself. I learnt about my tenacious character. I learnt that I can actually push through and make it. I learnt that there’s consequences to actions - that’s a big one! But I would do everything that I have done again because everything works out the way that it is supposed to work out.
